Chef Kazutoshi KIUCHI
After learning the finer points of Western food at the Rihga Royal Hotel, he gained his knowledge and experience from several renowned restaurants.
This includes the Michelin-starred restaurants "Stella Maris", "Les Elysees", "Bistrot de la Gare", and "La Bastide Saint Antoine" in France.
Drawing on his time and experience in France, and seasoning the ingredients based on the topography, culture, and the history of the local areas, he aims for the restaurant to provide the most memorable of tastes.
